摘要
在对员工满意度理论、EAP服务理论以及EAP服务与员工满意度关系研究的基础上,通过深度访谈、焦点问题小组讨论,对饭店员工满意度的影响因素进行了分析,制定了饭店EAP服务体系框架,并根据研究结果提出对应的操作方法。然后对饭店员工满意相关因子进行了延伸性探索,同时构建基于员工满意的EAP体系模型。
Based on employee satisfaction theory, EAP theory and the relationship between EAP service and employee satisfaction, with in - depth interview, focus group discussion, the influence factors of hotel employee satisfaction are analyzed, drawing up the hotel EAP service framework, and puts forward the operation method, hotel employee satisfaction factors have been found extensively. Meanwhile, EAP system is constructed that based on the satisfaction degree of employees.
