都市农业发展与碳排放脱钩关系分析——基于脱钩理论的Tapio弹性分析法

为推进低碳农业发展,运用脱钩理论采用Tapio弹性方法分析低碳经济政策推行以来北京市都市农业发展与碳排放之间的关系。结果表明北京市在保障农产品一定自给率的同时碳排放量也逐渐下降。农业经济增长与农业碳排放脱钩趋势为衰退脱钩—强脱钩,农业碳排放技术脱钩弹性趋势同为衰退脱钩—强脱钩,农业碳排放结构脱钩状态呈现为由衰退连接—扩张连接的转变。畜牧业对减排贡献较大,主要碳源畜种为牛、猪、家禽。应继续推广科学的饲喂方式,提高饲料转化率,采取种养结合以实现都市农业的可持续发展。

Livestock contribution to emissions is larger, the main carbon source breeds of cattle, swine, poultry. Therefore we should continue to promote scientific feeding ways, improve the feed conversion rate, taking cultivated and combined in order to realize the sustainable development of urban agriculture.
