摘要
基于创业教育的价值理念、发展动力、支撑体系和绩效评估四个核心要素对研究生创业教育模式进行实证考察。研究表明,中国高校的研究生创业教育模式存在着四个基本特征:生存型的创业教育理念,政府驱动的创业教育动力,冗杂割裂的创业教育支撑体系,重"投入"而轻"输出"的创业教育绩效评估。未来中国高校的创业教育战略转型应实现四个转变:从生存型的创业教育理念向发展型和享受型转变;从政府驱动型的创业教育动力向社会驱动型转变;从冗杂割裂的创业教育支撑体系向集中统一转变;从注重创业教育的"输入"环节向"输出和反馈"环节转变。
Postgraduate entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities is studied with a focus on its concept of value, development dynamics, supporting system and performance evaluation. Results reveal four common phenomena: a survival- based concept, government-driven programs, isolated supporting systems, and performance evaluation emphasizing input at the expense of output. Four changes are therefore needed in the strategic transformation of postgraduate entrepreneurship education: from survival to developmental and enjoyable, from government-driven to socially-driven, from isolated support to integrated support, and from an emphasis on input to more attention to output and feedback.
