摘要
面对研究生培养规模的急速膨胀及社会对人才知识结构需求的快速转变,文章分析了国内外研究生学科设置的差异,探究与论证了高校自主设置二级学科应考虑的关联要素,包括社会需求、学科发展趋势、办学特色、学生志向等,提出大学应依据教育部改革精神和现有的一级学科框架,按照"顶天立地"的原则,在充分考虑社会适应性、知识复合性和自身优势学科的基础上,科学合理地设置二级学科。
An analysis is made on the differences between China and foreign countries in their organization of disciplinary programs. A discussion is then presented on second-level disciplines set up independently by engineering colleges with related factors such as social needs, discipline development, training characteristics and student interests. It is suggested that second- level disciplines should be set up with full consideration of social which is commensurate with the reform advocated by the Ministry adaptation, knowledge combination and college strengths, of Education and the principle of complementation.
