摘要
兼职创业是指个体在拥有一份基础工作的同时进行自主创业的现象。本文在现有研究的基础上首先对兼职创业的概念进行了界定,阐述了兼职创业与全职创业的关系,其次对兼职创业的相关理论进行了诠释,对兼职创业的影响因素进行了归纳,明确了现有研究的发展脉络和关注的问题,最后提出现有研究的不足并对未来研究进行了展望。
Hybrid entrepreneurship refers to the phenomenon that individuals have basic jobs sim- ultaneously with self-employment. Based on a literature review, this paper defines the concept of hy- brid entrepreneurship and describes the relationship between hybrid entrepreneurship and full-time en- trepreneurship.Then it analyzes the theoretical rationales and influencing factors of hybrid entrepre- neurship,and clarifies the development context and issues worthy of being focused on in current stud- ies.Finally it summarizes the shortcomings of existing research and makes prospects for future study.
