低碳经济视角下中国航空公司竞争力评价

低碳经济是未来的发展趋势,也对航空公司竞争力评价提出了新的要求。为了评价低碳经济下航空公司的竞争力,本文分析了低碳经济的内涵,研究了低碳经济对航空公司竞争力的影响和对航空公司竞争力评价的新要求,在此基础上构建了包含低碳因素的航空公司竞争力综合评价指标体系。同时,运用层次分析法对各级评价指标体系权重予以确定,并对国航、东航和南航三大航空公司进行了实证分析。结果表明: 低碳经济视角下国航的竞争力最强,南航次之,东航最差。本文的评价方法和结果对航空公司在低碳经济下有针对性地进行竞争力的培育与建设提供了指导。

Low- carbon economy is coming. It creates new requirements on the airline competitiveness evaluation. In order to evaluate airline＇ s competitiveness exactly under the low - carbon economy, this paper first analyzes the connotation of low - carbon eeonomy and its impacts and new requirements on the airline competitiveness. Then a competitiveness evaluation index sys- tem, including the factors of low earbon, is built. The weights of evaluation indices are determined by analytical hierarchy process （AHP） . Furthermore, an empirical research is made about the three major airlines, Air China, China Southern Airlines, and China Eastern Airlines. Results show that Air China has the strongest competitiveness and China Eastern Airline is the worst one. The evaluation method and result may provide a guidance for the rest to build competitiveness under the low - carbon economy.
