CHCP模型:人力资源管理与组织文化的一个跨层次分析 被引量:1

摘要 现代组织文化实施的本质在于将组织价值观与员工价值观相契合,使现代组织文化融入员工绩效层面,这也为传统人力资源管理系统赋予了新的职能。本文针对人力资源管理促进组织文化落地这一主题分析了组织文化,人力资源管理,员工行为,工作绩效的内在逻辑框架,提出了基于员工绩效提升的CHCP模型,并跨层次地对此模型的应用策略展开了深入探究,构建与组织文化相互匹配的人力资源管理体系,寻求人力资源管理对组织文化的价值空间,并系统性提出整合人力资源管理的新思路。 The essence of modern organizational culture implementation is how to integrate modern organizational culture implementa- tion into employee performance through fitting the values of employees and organization. Based on the topic of human re- source management promoting the organizational culture, this paper analyzes the internal logic framework of organizational culture, human resource management, employee behavior and employee performance, and sets up CHCP model for improv- ing employee behaviors, and then makes a deep research on implication of this model by cross layer analysis. In addition, it systematically provides a new thought of integrating human resource management for the construction of organizational cul- ture.
