摘要
晋升能提升幸福感是人们的普遍共识,但晋升空间对企业员工幸福感的影响如何,目前的研究很少涉及。文章基于CGSS2006的数据,研究了晋升与员工幸福感之间关系。实证结果表明:职务晋升可以显著提高员工的幸福感;薪资等级晋升可以显著提高员工的幸福感;职务晋升对幸福感的影响要大于薪资晋升对幸福感的影响;预期具有晋升机会会显著提高员工的幸福感;换单位获得晋升机会对员工幸福感没有显著影响。
It is the universal consensus of the people that promotion can improve the well - being. However, with regard to the impacts of promotion space on the employees' well- being, few papers have been published recently. Based on the data of CGSS2006, this paper studied the relationship between promotion and employees' well- being. The empirical results show that the position and the wage scale promotion can significantly improve the employees' well - being, the impact of the for- mer is greater than the latter, the expectation to having promotion chances will significantly improve employees' well -be- ing, and promotion by job hopping has no significant impact on employees' well - being.
