摘要
物流对于中小企业控制成本本、提高经济效益具有重要的现实意义,而选择何种物流模式是其关键的一环。本文分析了中小企业目前物流模式存在的问题,进而根据其市场业务特点,设计了含运行流程、目标定位和组织功能于一体的"自营+外包"物流模式,并对此模式的运营效果进行了市场预测,指出了实现该模式应注意的问题。
Logistics has an important practical significance to control costs for small and medium -sized enterprises and to improve the economic benefits. The choice of logistics modes is one of the key parts. This paper analyzes the problems of present logis- tics mode in small and medium- sized enterprises. Then according to the market characteristics, it designs the ＂propri- etary ＋ outsourcing＂ logistics model which includes operation process, target orientation and organizational functions, fore- casts the operation effect of this mode and stresses the problems for attention.
