向莆铁路江西沿线区域旅游城镇化发展对策分析

中国新一轮经济发展的两个明显特征,一是农村人口继续大量向大中城市集聚,二是进入城市的新市民或尚未获得城市户口的农民工将会主要从服务业发展中获得就业机会。江西城镇人口增加和向莆铁路运营为标志的旅游交通改善,促进了江西区域旅游发展。向莆铁路沿线旅游产业对城镇化积极影响表现在:促进农村旅游产业转型升级;推进农村人口就地城镇化化;解决农民的身份问题和无污染的城镇化。向莆铁路江西沿线区域旅游城镇化的对策包括:政府积极推动动,社会广泛参与与;吸引民间资本,培育旅游产业集群群,建设特色旅游城镇;推进土地流转,拓宽旅游用地来源,以推进土地流转为主要抓手来推进旅游城镇化发展。

There are two obvious characteristics in the new round of China＇ s economic development： first is that a huge number of rural population continue to migrate to large and medium - sized cities; second is that the new citizens into the city or those mi- grant workers who have not been registered are more likely to gain employment opportunities mainly from the service indus- try. The regional tourism development in Jiangxi has been promoted by the increase in urban population as well as the im- provement of tourism traffic, marked by the operation of Xiangtang - Putian railway. Tourism along the railway has exerted a positive impact on urbanization in promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism industry, developing in - situ urbanization of rural population, solving the identity problems of the farmers and achieving a pollution - free urbaniza- tion. Strategies on urbanization of regional tourism along Jiangxi section of Xiangtang - Putian railway are as follows： ob- taining active supports of the government and broad social participation; attracting private capital, cultivating tourism indus- try cluster and building characteristic tourism towns; and promoting the land transfer and broadening the sources of tourism land as to develop tourism urbanization.
