摘要
采用高职生基本情况问卷、职业决策效能感量表、希望量表及自尊量表对197名高职生进行调查,结果发现:(1)高职生职业决策效能感总体上处于中等偏上水平;(2)高职生职业决策效能感在性别、生源地、是否独生子女及有无工作经验上存在显著差异;(3)职业决策自我效能及其各维度与希望特质及其因子途径思维、意愿动力之间存在显著正相关,职业决策自我效能各个维度与自尊之间存在显著而广泛的正相关;(4)高职生自尊、希望特质能有效预测其职业决策效能感。
The authors of this paper used basic information questionnaires containing career decision-making self-efficacy scale, hope and self-respect scale to investigate 240 vocational students. The results show that : ( 1 ) self-efficacies of the vocational students in career decision-making are in the middle level; (2) Vocational students' career decision-making process has the obvious differences not only in the gender and place of birth, but also in the number of children in the family and the working experience; (3)Career decision-making self-efficacy have significant and widespread positive correlation with the characteristics of hope including the students' self-esteem and hope qualities can efficacy. way of thinking, will power and self-esteem ; (4) Vocational be a good predictor for their career decision-making self-efficacy.
