卡梅伦政府学前教师质量保障机制分析 被引量:3

On the quality mechanism of preschool teachers by Cameron administration

摘要 提高学前教师质量是卡梅伦政府确保优质学前教育的重要举措,为此政府确立了新的早期教育教师身份,并通过制定早期教育教师标准、早期教育初级教师培训项目等,以确保获取这一新的身份资格。在目前我国呼唤学前教育质量的重要时期,考察英国新近执政党卡梅伦政府的学前教师质量保障机制,可为提升我国学前教师质量提供经验和决策参考。 The Cameron administration is committed to the quality of the preschool teachers,who have to clarify their identification.The criteria and training of the preschool teachers assure the qualifications.Chinese quality of the preschool teachers may appeal to the British mechanism.
