福建渔船安全因素与对策研究

Study on Safety Factors and Countermeasures of Fujian Fishing Boats' Marine Navigation

文认为,影响福建渔船海上航行的主要决定因素有:人、机、环境三个方面。其中"人"的因素指船员的生理、心理状态,及其安全意识等;"机"的因素指的是船龄、配套设备完善及新旧程度,以及证件是否齐全等;"环境"的因素主要指自然因素,大风、大雾,以及高温、多雨、潮湿等气候条件。通过深入研究人、机、环境三个方面的影响因素,对我省渔船在海上航行中存在的问题进行分析并提出相应的安全对策。

There are three critical factors affecting Fujian fishing boats＇ marine navigation： people, machine and environment. The people refers to the crews＇ physical, psychological situation, and their safety consciousness; the machine refers to the age of ship, the quality of the supporting facilities, and the preparation of documents; the environment mainly refer to the natural factors such wind, fog, and the climatic conditions such as high temperature, rainy, humid etc. Through the analysis of the safety factors, we can put forward the corresponding safety measures.
