摘要
本文选取国内外12个大学排名指标体系作为研究对象,进行分析。其分析结果表明,各排名机构的指标体系,既有区别,又呈现出一些共性特征和动态。大学评价的总体发展趋势是:统一性与多样化相结合,产出指标为主导,绝对量指标与相对量指标相结合,教学与科研指标的权重合理分配,定性指标与定量指标相匹配,增设国际化指标等。
This paper selects 12 university ranking indicators systems at home and abroad as the research objects and respectively introduces their individual features.The results show that there are both their common features as well as differences among the indicator systems.The overall development trends of the indicator systems of university evaluation are the combination of unity and diversity with output indicators as the leading factors,the combination of the absolute and relative indicators,the reasonable distribution of indicator weight of teaching and research,the match of qualitative and quantitative indicators,the addition of internationalization indicator,etc.
