摘要
为了帮助高校更好地实现自我认识、回应利益相关者的问责并修正已有排行榜的不足,欧盟委托高等教育与科研成果评估团队研发出了多维度世界大学排名工具。该系统建立在科学的设计原则和概念框架之上,其包含教学、科研、知识转移、国际定位和地区参与五个维度,根据院校排名和专业排名的差异在指标上进行了区分;发展出交互表格、个性化排名表格、云隙阳光图和细节化文本格式四种排序方式,采用以独立非营利方式为基础兼顾商业、政府和利益相关者模式优势的混合运作机制。该系统的指导理念、多元的维度指标以及灵活的实施方式值得我国学习与借鉴。
CHERPA-Network has developed U-Multirank to help universities to realize their self-recognition,respond accountability from stakeholders,and modify deficiencies in existing rankings.U-Multirank is based on scientific design principles and conceptual framework,which contains five dimensions of teaching and learning,research,knowledge transfer,international orientation and regional engagement,with different indicators in focused institutional rankings and field-based rankings,develops four presentation modes of interactive table,personalized ranking table,sunburst chart and text format presentation,and uses the independent non-profit model as the basis,by combining commercial,government and stakeholder models.In short,the systematic guiding concept,diverse dimensions and indicators,and flexible implementation models are worth learning.
