摘要
高校学科带头人成长的师承效应是指弟子在大师的引领下,传承学术风格,掌握学术精髓,从而学术发展较快,取得事半功倍的效果。因学术传承、优势互补以及"马太效应",高校学科带头人的成长需要师承效应。遴选苗子、精心培育和营造环境等措施可以促进学科带头人的成长。研究表明,师承效应成就了学科带头人。
The effect of passing of academic leaders means that the disciple,under the guidance of the master,inherits the academic style,grasps academic essence and obtain double effects for academic development.The growth of academic leaders requires the effect because of academic inheritance,complementary advantages and ' Matthew Effect'.Through the selection of disciple,careful cultivation and favorable environment,the effect has promoted growth of academic leaders.Investigation shows that the effect of passing has contributed greatly to the success of academic leaders.
