校企合作的高职就业指导体系探索

Study of Career Guidance System for Higher Vocational Education Based on Co-operation between School and Enterprise

本文对高职就业指导体系的建设进行了探讨与研究。阐述了高职就业指导体系建设的重要意义,分析当前校企合作的方法及其特点,并且通过就业课程、就业服务体系、满足市场需求等几方面,着重于如何对目前高职生就业指导体系的革新,以利于高职院校学生的就业与创业。

This paper studies the career guidance system for the higher vocational education in China.It first describes the importance of constructing the career guidance system for higher vocational education.Then,it lists the ways and their features of the co-operation between school and enterprise.Furthermore,the paper analyzes how to innovate the career guidance system in aspects such as the career curriculum,occupation service system,and satisfying the market requirement in order to help the students have a good start in career.
