我国服务贸易进口对技术创新的影响——基于知识产权保护视角的研究 被引量:7

The Impact of China's Imports of Service Trade on Technological Innovation—A Research from the Perspective of Intellectual Property Rights Protection

摘要 文章运用我国1998-2012年的数据,从知识产权保护的视角研究了服务贸易进口对技术创新的影响,并且得出了以下重要结论,即与劳动密集型、资本密集型服务贸易进口相比,技术与知识密集型服务贸易进口更加有助于我国的技术创新;知识产权保护制度的完善也有助于技术与知识密集型服务贸易进口产生技术创新效应,但无助于劳动密集型、资本密集型服务贸易进口产生技术创新效应;在技术与知识密集型服务贸易进口影响技术创新的过程中,知识产权保护的作用呈现出"先促进后阻碍"的"倒U型曲线"特征,而且我国目前的知识产权保护实际强度低于6.318这一最优理论强度,我国依然处于需要加强知识产权保护强度的阶段。 Based on the Chinese data from the year of 1998 to 2012,this paper makes a study on the impact of imports of ser-vice trade on technological innovation from the perspective of intellectual property rights protection (IPRs),and draws impor-tant conclusions as follows:Compared with labor intensive and capital intensive imports of service trade, technology and knowledge intensive imports of service trade are more conducive to the promotion of technological innovation;The improve-ment of IPRs only promotes technology and knowledge intensive imports of service trade to produce technological innovation ef-fects, and has no any impact on labor intensive and capital intensive imports of service trade;When technology and knowl-edge intensive imports of service trade produce technological innovation effects,IPRs plays the role with the feature of“invert-ed U-shape curve”of“first promotion, after hinder”, the strength of China’s IPRs is weaker than the optimal theoretical figure of 6.318,and is still in the stage needing stronger protection.
