Relation of Body Composition and Bone Mineral Density of Retired Athletes Aged Between Thirty to Fifty

摘要 对257名30-50岁退役运动员体成分及骨密度进行测量,探讨体成分与骨密度的关联性。结果表明,W、BMI、FTM及Fat%均随年龄的增大而增加,男性35-(BMI:25.7±2.03,Fat%:21.6±2.48)、女性40-(BMI:26.5±2.11,Fat%:30.6±2.22)超重;男女在45-肥胖(BMI:30.0±2.06、29.0±1.78,Fat%:29.5±2.43、34.3±1.80)。男女身体各部位骨密度最高峰具有年龄及部位特征,男性L1-4、Troch、Neck、Inter、Wards在30-(1.134±0.169、0.903±0.103、0.985±0.118、1.166±0.139、0.956±0.136),FA、WB在40-(0.822±0.100、1.157±0.092)。女性L1-4、Troch、Inter在35-(1.114±0.146、0.876±0.101、1.107±0.120),Neck、Wards在30-(0.894±0.098、0.873±0.106),FA、WB在40-(0.741±0.099、1.141±0.110)。男性LTM、W、BMI,女性LTM、W、BMI、FTM与身体各部位骨密度均存在关联性(p<0.05,p<0.01,p<0.001)。男性FTM只与L1-4和WB存在关联(p<0.05)。结论:男女体成分及骨密度存在年龄及部位特征,LTM、W、BMI对男女骨密度有显著影响,FTM对女性骨密度有显著影响。 In this paper,the relation between body composition and bone density was studied in order to measure the composition and bone density of the 30-50 year old retired athletes.The results showed that W,BMI,FTM and Fat%increased with age,with the male aged at about 35(BMI:25.7±2.03,Fat%:21.6±2.48)and female about 40(BMI:26.5±2.11,Fat%:30.6±2.22).The men and women became overweight at about 45(BMI:30.0±2.06,29±1.78,Fat%:29.5±2.43,34.3±1.80).The bone mineral density peak varied according to different age and body part.L1-4,Troch,Neck,Inter,and Wards of males aged about thirty were 1.134±0.169,0.903±0.103,0.985±0.118,1.166±0.139,0.956±0.136.FA and WB of women aged about forty 40 were 0.822±0.100,1.157±0.092.L1-4T,roch and Inter of women aged about thirty five were 1.114±0.146,0.876±0.101,1.107±0.120.Neck and Wards of women in their thirties were 0.894±0.098 and 0.873±0.106.FA and WB of women aged about 40 were 0.741±0.099 and 1.141±0.110.LTM,W,BMI of males,LTM,W,BMI and FTML of women were associated with bone mineral density(p〈0.05,p〈0.01,p〈0.001).FTM of males was associated only with L1-4and WB(p〈0.05).It could be seen that bone mineral density was related to body composition and characteristics of age.LTM,W and BMI had significant effects on male and female bone density.FTM had a significant effect on the bone mineral density of women.
