西安大学生网络政治参与问题及其应对

Problems and the Countermeasures in the Network Political Participation of Xi'an College Students

大多数西安大学生能够从大局出发,关心国家大事,通过不同渠道表达或参与政治活动。但同时存在利用网络进行非法政治活动、发表非理性政治言论等问题。西安大学生网络政治参与的不规范具有不容忽视的消极影响,在其背后存在若干深刻原因。为此,应当吸取西方发达国家的先进经验,结合西安大学生的实际情况,采取以下措施:引导为主,依法治理;加强大学生政治、法律教育;加快网络政治参与立法;加大官民互动,拓宽大学生政治参与途径;积极改革,构建法治社会。

Most college students concern about national affairs and participate in political activities through different channels at a holistic level.But there are some problems such as using Internet to engage in illegal political activities or make political speech.The lack of standardization of Xi’an col-lege students’political participation in the network has negative effects which can not be ignored. There are some profound reasons behind it.We should absorb the advanced experience of the western developed countries,and according to practical situation,we should guide Xi’an college students and work within the framework of the law.We should strengthen political and legal education to college students and accelerate the political participation in legislation.At last,we should expand the channel of political participation of College students and reform actively to construct the society of rule of law.
