摘要
川酒是中国酒业重要的组成部分,是四川经济支撑产业之一。近年来,四川各大名酒纷纷申请为非物质文化遗产。从川酒及其酒文化的源流来看,非物质文化遗产视野下的川酒既具有历史价值,也具有文化价值。川酒酿造历史从侧面反映了四川自古以来不同时期的农业发展、酿酒技术和社会、政治、经济、文化状况以及与中原王朝在政治、经济、文化上的交往,从中也可以透视出古代蜀地居民的生产生活和风俗民情。
Sichuan liquor is an important part of Chinese wine,and one of the pillar industries for Sichuan economy.In recent years,various famous brands among Sichuan wine have applied for representatives of intangible cultural heritage.Seen from the origin of Sichuan wine and its culture,Sichuan liquor is of significantly historical and cultural value from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage.The history of Sichuan liquor reflects the province's agricultural development in different historical periods since the ancient times,wine-making technology,its social,political,economic status quo and its communication with central China in the aspects of politics,economy and culture.In addition,it reveals the ancient Shu people's production life and customs.
