Aestheticism is Another Way of Expression

每一个做陶的人都会在自己的作品中有意或无意地流露出对陶艺的不同理解．从事陶艺20年，我的创作大致可以分为三个不同时期．从早期的青花、综合装饰直到今天的当代陶艺，但总体上都在寻找陶艺本真的语言．从装饰到雕塑，对我而言不仅仅是类型的转变，更是自己对陶瓷语言理解的深入。在当代陶艺创作中，我试图以对泥．釉材质美的理解表达对当下现实的关注。

Every potter demonstrates different understanding of ceramic art in own works.The contemporary ceramic art can follow aestheticism especially in the works made of porcelain.However,in the historical process of the contemporary Chinese ceramic art development,aesthetic works are regarded as 'aliens' without ideological connotations.
