昆仑雪菊多糖抗氧化及对α-淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制 被引量:9

Antioxidant activity of Coreoposis tinctoria Nutt polysaccharide and its inhibition on α-amylase and α-glucosidase

摘要 为了研究新疆昆仑雪菊水溶性多糖的体外抗氧化活性以及对α-淀粉酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。通过采用水提醇沉得到昆仑雪菊多糖。通过昆仑雪菊多糖对超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基、OH自由基、ABTS自由基清除作用及对α-淀粉酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用研究结果表明,昆仑雪菊多糖清除DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、OH自由基、ABTS自由基的半抑制浓度(IC50)分别是0.939 4 mg/m L、1.172 2 mg/m L、0.595 9 mg/m L、0.816 4 mg/m L,但都没有阳性对照BHT清除效果好,而昆仑雪菊多糖对α-淀粉酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制效果要好于阳性对照。 The aim of this study was to investigate thein vitro antioxidant activity of Coreoposis tinctoria Nutt flowers and its anti α-glucosidase and anti α-amylase activities.The polysaccharide from C.tinctoria Nutt flowers was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.Meanwhile,the superoxide anion,DPPH,hydroxyl radicals,ABTS free radical scavenging effect of the polysaccharide was studied,α-glucosidase and α-amylase was inhibited by polysaccharide from C.tinctoria Nutt flowers.In this study,the IC50 values of C.tinctoria Nutt polysaccharide for DPPH,superoxide anion,hydroxyl radicals and ABTS scavenging activity were 0.939 4 mg/ml,1.172 2 mg/ml,0.595 9 mg/ml and 0.816 4 mg/ml,respectively.But the effect was all not better than the control BHT.The inhibitory effect of C.tinctoria Nutt on α-glucosidase and α-amylase were better than positive control.
