摘要
光谱成像是激光扫描共聚焦显微镜的重要功能,光谱扫描系统采用可移动狭缝机构精确选择光谱范围。详细讨论了基于ARM处理器的光谱扫描控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计,该系统使用直线式步进电机和高精度光电开关,采取合适的控制策略实现狭缝缝片的精确定位,并具有串口和CAN总线通信接口,方便调试和系统集成。通过实验验证,光谱扫描控制系统选择光谱范围的精度达到共聚焦光谱成像的要求。
Spectral imaging is one of the most important functions of laser scanning confocal microscopy,which uses a slit mechanism that has two movable slit edges to select spectral region precisely.The design and realization of hardware and software for spectral scanning control system based on ARM processor are discussed in detail.Linear stepper motors and high-precision optoelectronic switches are used and an appropriate control strategy is adopted to achieve precise location of two movable slit edges.This control system has a serial port for debugging and a CAN bus interface for system integration.The experiment results show that the spectral selection precision can meet the confocal spectral imaging requirements.
