摘要
目的:观察软坚通脉颗粒治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症的临床疗效。方法:120例动脉硬化性闭塞症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组口服软坚通脉颗粒,对照组口服通脉颗粒,治疗1疗程后观察比较临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组91.67%,对照组81.66%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),除肤色、溃疡、烧灼感,其余症状、体征的改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:软坚通脉颗粒治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症疗效显著。
Objective：To study the clinical effects of Ruanjian Tongmai granules treating arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods：One hundred and twenty cases of arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Ruanjian Tongmai granules. The control group was treated TongMai granules. Two groups efficacy were compared after the treatment. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.66%. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that＇s of the experimental group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The efficiency of Ruanjian Qingmai granules treating arteriosclerosis obliterans was significant.
