悬吊运动疗法联合蜡疗治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察悬吊运动疗法(SET)联合蜡疗对脑卒中后肩-手综合征的临床疗效。方法:60例脑卒中后肩-手综合征患者随机分为观察组及对照组各30例。观察组采用悬吊运动疗法联合蜡疗,对照组采用Bobath疗法联合蜡疗,治疗1个月后进行肩关节疼痛(VAS)评分,关节活动度(ROM)测量,Fugl-Meyer评分评定上肢运动功能。结果:观察组患者肩关节的疼痛程度、被动关节活动度、水肿和运动功能与治疗前比较有明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:悬吊运动疗法联合蜡疗可有效缓解疼痛,防止肌肉萎缩,改善关节活动范围,消除手背水肿,促进脑卒中后肩-手综合征的康复。
