当归补血汤不同配伍比例对血虚证小鼠脏器系数的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Organ Coefficients in Mice with Blood Deficiency Syndrome Treated by Danggui Buxue Decoction with Different Compatibility Proportions

摘要 目的:探讨当归补血汤不同配伍比例对血虚证小鼠模型脏器系数的影响。方法:制备血虚证小鼠模型,给予不同配伍比例的当归补血汤,连续给药。观察并记录小鼠的体质量、饮水量的变化;7 d后处死小鼠,摘取肝、脾、肾和胸腺,称取脏器质量,计算脏器系数。结果:连续给药7 d后,发现与其他用药比例比较,黄芪当归5∶1组对血虚证模型小鼠的肝脏、脾脏、左肾的脏器系数增大最明显,而黄芪当归5∶1组右肾脏器系数增大幅度也仅仅次于黄芪当归4∶1组。结论:在修复血虚证小鼠模型肝、脾、左肾脏器方面,当归补血汤的配伍比例以黄芪与当归5∶1时效果最佳,能有效防止发生脏器继发性萎缩和退行性改变。 Objective:To discuss the effect of organ coefficients in mice with syndrome of blood deficiency treated by Danggui Buxue decoction with different compatibility proportions. Methods:The mouse models with syndrome of blood deficiency were established,and then the different group were given with Danggui Buxue decoction with different compatibility proportion. We observed and recorded the change of the mice on body weight and water quantity every day. After seven days,the mice were killed,and the livers,spleens,kidneys and thymus were measured to the organ coefficients. Results:After seven days,in the group whose proportion was five to one between Huangqi and Danggui,increased the organ coefficients of the mice of syndrome of blood deficiency on liver,spleen and viscera obviously. In the group whose proportion was five to one between Huangqi and Danggui,the increase of the organ coefficient was only less than that in the group whose proportion was four to one between Huangqi and Danggui. Conclusion:In the repair of syndrome of blood deficiency model in mice liver,spleen and left kidney organs,the group whose proportion was five to one between Huangqi and Danggui can effectively prevent the secondary atrophy and degenerative changes in the viscera.
