摘要
昆明人民路一号广场超高层塔楼高度为160.5m,采用全钢框架-钢中心支撑核心筒结构体系。介绍了工程结构选型及结构布置,整体计算分析及结果满足现行规范要求。根据性能目标进行整体结构的小震反应谱和弹性时程分析、关键构件的中震不屈服及整体结构的静力弹塑性分析,对薄弱部位采取加强措施,确保结构在满足建筑功能及合理经济的条件下具有较高的抗震性能。介绍用两种方法包络设计二道防线及将地下室钢框架转换为型钢混凝土框架的做法,可为类似结构设计提供参考。
A super high-rise building in First Plaza on Renmin Road in Kunming adopts steel frame-concentrically braced core wall structural system with the height of 160. 5 meters. Selection of structural system and its layout were introduced. The overall calculation and analysis results could meet requirements of the current codes. Based on the targets of performance, the response spectrum and elastic time history analysis under the frequent earthquake of the overall structure were carried out, as well as non-yielding analysis of key members under the moderate earthquake and the Pushover analysis of the overall structure. Measures were taken to strengthen the weak parts to ensure the high seismic performance under meeting the requirements of architectural features and reasonable economic conditions. Two methods for envelope design of the second seismic fortification line were introduced as well as the transformation of steel frames into steel reinforced concrete frames in the basement, which could provide references for structural design of similar projects.
