摘要
将1,2-二(4,7-二甲基-1,4,7-三氮杂环壬烷-1)乙烷(Me4-DTNE)的桥连双核锰配合物[Mn2(μ-O)2(μ-OAc)(Me4-DTNE)]Cl2(MnOAcL)应用于棉针织物双氧水低温催化漂白工艺,采用单因素试验研究温度、MnOAcL浓度、双氧水质量浓度、pH值、漂白时间、精练剂质量浓度等6个因素对棉针织物漂白效果的影响;在此基础上,再用响应面试验,得到MnOAcL对棉针织物双氧水漂白优化工艺:MnOAcL浓度8μmol/L,pH值12.15,30%双氧水质量浓度11 g/L,精练剂1305质量浓度1 g/L,漂白温度80℃,时间60 min。结果表明,经过该工艺处理的棉针织物白度达到79.17%,织物润湿时间1.5s,顶破强力保留率达到92.62%。
Bridged binuclear manganese complex [Mn2(μ-O)2(μ-OAc)(Me4-DTNE)]Cl2(MnOAcL)of 1,2-bis-(4,7-dimethyl-1,4,7-traizacycolnonane-1)ethane(Me4- DTNE)is synthesized and applied to hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton knits at low temperature. Through single factor tests, the effects of temperature, dosage of MnOAcL, scouring agent and hydrogen peroxide, pH value and bleaching time on bleaching results are investigated. On the basis of response surface experiments, the optimized process conditions are determined as follows: complex MnOAcL 8 μmol/L, pH 12.15, 30% H2O211 g/L,scouring agent 1305 1 g/L, bleaching at 80 ℃ for 60 min. The treated fabrics feature whiteness of79.17%, wetting time of 1.5 s and bursting strength retention rate of 92.62%.
