水性聚氨酯对棉织物湿摩擦牢度的提升 被引量:7

摘要 采用聚醚与甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯预聚,线性或交联性单体扩链,制备了亲水性的聚氨酯,以改善棉织物湿摩擦牢度性能较差的问题。在浸渍、浸轧工艺下测试了不同结构水性聚氨酯对湿摩擦牢度的提升性能,结果表明:软硬段比例为6∶4,阳离子单体质量分数为3.0%和交联性单体4.0%~5.0%进行扩链,质量浓度为70g/L时,深色棉布湿摩擦牢度可提升1.5级。 In order to improve wet rubbing fastness of cotton fabric, the pre-polymerization of polyethers and toluene 2,4-diisocyanate is carried out, and then the hydrophilic polyurethane is prepared by chain extending reaction using linear or crosslinking monomers. The color fastness to wet rubbing with different waterborne polyurethane by dipping or dip-pad processes are tested. Results show that under conditions of ratio of soft segment to hard segment of 6∶4, cationic monomer 3.0% and crosslinking monomer 4.0%~5.0% as chain extender, 70 g/L polymerized PU can improve the color fastness to wet rubbing of cotton fabric in deep shade by Grade 1.5.
