摘要
当前我国收入分配中存在差距过大的问题,这是随着我国经济发展而逐渐形成的。以马克思主义关于分配的基本原理进行分析,可以廓清分配问题的根源,并寻找到解决问题的方法。应规范分配程序,完善企业工资协商制度,形成橄榄型分配格局。
At present, there are problems in China＇s income distribution for the excessive gap between the rich and the poor, which is gradually formed in the economic development. With the basic principles of Marxist doctrines concerning distribution, we can discuss the root of distribution and find out the solution. It is suggested that the wage negotiation system should be improved through the standardization of distribution process and form an olive-type distribution pattern.
