摘要
工作本位学习是一种建立在大学和企业合作基础上的高层次的教学模式,它促进了大学理论知识与实践的结合,培养了学生的专业态度、工作技能以及终身学习的能力,是目前国外大学推广普及的一种教学模式。本文对该教学模式的产生与发展、定义与内涵、组织与设计、优势与挑战以及发展条件进行了较为全面的阐述与分析。
Work-based learning (WBL) is a kind of high-level instructional mode based on the coopera- tion between university and enterprise. It promotes the combination of theory and practice, preparing the students' professional attitude, abilities of working and lifelong learning. Work-based learning is the instruc- tional mode that is spread and popular among universities abroad. The paper presents a comprehensive review of the background, connotations, design, advantages, limitations and supporting conditions of WBL.
