摘要
当下中国大学中文专业的失宠,其原因一方面由于实用性专业和职业化教育对大学原有系科设置、教学资源的挤兑,一方面由于学科内人文意识和价值担当的式微。面对大众化的教育态势和实用主义思潮,中文专业应该自省不足、完善学科设置,力戒工具化。这要求中文学科需在承认并正视失宠的前提下不断探寻和建构自救的长效机制,立足市场社会、立足生活实际营造批判性思维氛围和形成引导性力量,以发挥情感、心性教育之长,从而开创新的中文教育传统。
Marginalization of Chinese Language and Literature( CLL) programs in universities in China partly is due to the over-popularization of vocational and pragmatical programs in universities,as well as lack of humanistic spirituality and social responsibility within the programs. Against the background of pragmatism and higher education massification,CLL programs should analyze their own weaknesses,improve the program arrangements,and guard against the unbridled resort to instrumentalism. To be more specific,CLL programs in China should face up to the grim reality and start to build a long-term self-improvement mechanism,improve labor market responsiveness,foster critical thinking about real-world problems,and provide spiritual and moral guidance through social and emotional learning.
