The effective cooperation between China and the other Asia-Pacific The Asia-Pacific economies has brought about a booming regional economy and turned the Asia-Pacific region into an engine of global economic growth. In this address, Mr. Chen Yuan also introduces China's new round of reform and calls for a regional partnership that needs top-level designing, continued commitment to open regionalism, and financial cooperation.
