“民主化”为何不能拯救中东？被引量：7

摘要 2011年中东剧变后,部分政权更替国家相继启动从威权政体到民主政体的政治转型.然而,中东政治转型至今依然步履艰难,“民主化”失败迹象明显.其根源在于民主药方与中东地区面临的问题之间存在巨大错位：中东需要真正的革命,但“民主化”不仅难以实现彻底变革的诉求,反而会使其偏离变革方向;阿拉伯国家需要强大的政府,但分权制衡只会导致中央权威弱化;政治制度变革脱离中东地区国家国情,最终引发水土不服.在可见的未来,中东政治转型仍将曲折前行.
