1980年后中国实行严格的计划生育政策,陈云是"只生一个"政策的坚定支持者。在此后的30多年间,几经调整的计划生育政策,为中国人口数量的有效控制和经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献。我们在梳理陈云关于计划生育的决断中,进一步理解了他作为共产党人的民族大义和赤子情怀。面对今天人口问题出现的新形势和新变化,陈云的长远眼光,以及综合平衡、统筹兼顾等思想原则,启示我们在坚持计划生育长期性的同时,适应时代的发展变化,不断改革并努力构建符合中国国情和人口发展规律的生育政策。

After 1980 China has carried out strict family planning policy and Chen Yun was a staunch supporter of 'Only One Child' policy.During the next 30 years family planning policy has adjusted for several times and have made tremendous contributions to effectively control China's huge population and economic and social development.When combing Chen Yun's decision on family planning,we could further understand his cardinal principle of national interest and feeling of complete innocence as a communist.Facing the new situations and changes of today's population problem,Chen Yun's far-reaching vision and the thinking principles of overall balance and unified planning with due consideration for all concerned revealed that when adhering to family planning for long,we should have continuous reforms and make efforts to build birth policy in line with China's national conditions and population development rule to adapt to the change of the times.
