The Process of the Sign of the first Sino-Japanese Non-government Trade Agreement——On the Beginning of China's People-to-People Diplomacy to Japan

新中国成立之初,为打破美国的封锁遏制,打开对日外交的困顿局面,中国利用民间渠道,积极推动与日本民间的经贸往来。在中国与日本民间贸易团体的共同努力下,第一个中日民间贸易协议最终达成,这是中国对日本民间外交政策的一次成功实践,在中日两国政府和民间都产生了广泛的影响。

In the early of New China,in order to break the blockade and curb from the United States and open diplomatic hardship situation to Japan,China used people-to-people channels and actively promoted people-to-people economic and trade exchanges with Japanese people.Under the joint efforts of Japanese peopleto-people trade organizations,the first Sino-Japanese non-governmental trade agreement finally signed.That was the first successful practice of China's people-to-people diplomatic policy to Japan and had a broad impact on Sino-Japanese government and people.
