摘要
在1 000℃,采用Ni-Cr钎料钎焊单晶金刚石,通过在钎料中设置钢网实现金刚石颗粒的均匀分布。结果表明:钢网表面Fe与Ni,Cr原子反应生成中间化合物Ni2.9Cr0.7Fe0.36;钢网有助于金刚石颗粒三维分布,均值参数ζ值随钢网层数的增加而减小;试验条件下,6层钢网时的ζ值和磨损率均达到最小,分别为43.87%和1.82 g/h。
In 1 000 ℃, single crystal diamonds were brazed by using Ni-Cr solder, and the steel nets were setted in the solder to achieve the uniform distribution of the diamond particles. The results showed that the steel net surface where Fe and Ni, Cr atomic react generates intermediate compound Ni2.9Cr0.7Fe0.36. Steel nets contribute to the three-dimensional distribution of diamond particles, and the mean parameter ζ decreased with the increase of steel net layers. In the experimental conditions, the minimum ζ and wear rate were 43.87% and 1.82 g/h with 6-layer steel nets.
