摘要
集装箱生产过程自动化的主要困难是波纹板与各梁之间的折线焊缝,12m长的波纹板各段的尺寸及角度在冲压成形时不可避免地存在误差,需要利用传感器实时检测波纹板各段的折弯点,才能实现焊缝跟踪。激光传感器检测各段波纹板槽与部分斜边,超声波传感器检测各段波纹板槽与顶,利用模糊贴近度对两传感器的检测信息进行融合处理,以避免传感器本身因素和环境因素造成传感器的测量值与目标值之间存在着不确定性的误差,获得较准确的折弯点位置。试验结果表明,测量值与目标值差小于0.5mm,满足焊接要求。
It was difficult to weld broken line between corrugated plate and the beam automatically for container production. Tolerane of size and angle of corrugated plate was different for ench broken line in 12 m length container,it was necessary to detect bending points of ench broken line by sensors in real-time. Laser sensors detect groove of corrugated plate and part of the hypotenuse, ultrasonic sensors detected groove and top, data fusion was used for two sensor by fuzzy similarity theory to decrease deviation between measured value of the sensor and target value caused by uncertainty factors of the sensor itself and environment, the accurate bending point location was obtained. Test results showed that difference between the measured value and target value was less than 0.5 mm, it met the welding requirements.
