摘要
蓝牙是一种采用无线电波传输代替移动设备之间电缆传输的短距离无线通信技术。热敏打印机具有高精度、低噪声、可靠性强等优点。将二者结合就产生了便携式蓝牙热敏打印机,可用于移动警务系统、移动办公、移动物流系统等。本设计采用基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的STM32系列微控制器开发蓝牙热敏打印机。蓝牙通信模组为HHW-UART-S10,热敏打印头为PT487F-B。先简要介绍蓝牙通信原理与打印原理,重点介绍针对模块特点的低功耗硬件电路设计和虚拟串口的软件设计。最后经过测试,各项性能均能达到指标要求,并对本产品设计进行了小规模量产。
Bluetooth wireless technique is created to replace the cables between mobile devices. Thermal printer has ad- vantages such as high accuracy, low noise and high reliability. The combination of the two techniques produces a portable Bluetooth thermal printer, which can be widely used in the mobile police, mobile office and logistic system. The design uses STM32, a single chip microcomputer with the core ARM Cortex-M3, to design Bluetooth function thermal printer. The Bluetooth module for communication is HHW-UART-S10 and thermal head is PT487F-B. This paper gives a brief introduction on the principles of Bluetooth communication and printing. It focus on the design of relevant hardware with low-power techniques and the design of software with virtual serial port device techniques. In the end, by testing the functioning and perforating to the Bluetooth communication and printing has been reached, and the design has been in small-scale production.
