一种烟管自动填充设备监控系统的实现

摘要 以工控机作为上位机,利用LabWindows/CVI软件编写监控系统软件,实现对烟管自动填充设备运行状态的控制与监测。上位机作为主站,与各从站之间遵循Modbus协议组成现场总线网络,主站通过发送相应的命令实现对子站的控制或获取相关信息。采用多线程技术解决了系统运行过程中多任务并行的冲突问题,保证了系统的实时性。监控系统能够实时监控各从站的工作状况,并对各从站的工作过程进行精确控制。经过试验验证,烟管填充设备的填充时间以及填充质量均满足研制需求。 Taking the IPC as the host computer, the LabWindows/CVI is adopted to program the monitoring system which controls and monitors the running state of automatic cigarettes filling equipment. The IPC as the master follows the Modbus protocol with each slave to form a fieldbus network,and the master controls the slaves and acquires information by sending the corresponding command. Multi-threading technology is used to solve the conflict problem of parallel multi task and ensure the real-time of the system. The monitoring system monitors and controls the running state of each slave precisely. The verification experiment results show that the automatic cigarettes filling equipment meets the research needs of filling time and quantity of the cigarette.
