摘要
目的:制定花蕊石和煅花蕊石中重金属及砷盐等有害元素的含量限度,有效控制该药的质量。方法:采用比色法和古蔡氏法分别测定花蕊石和煅花蕊石中重金属、砷盐含量。结果:测得不同产地的10批样品花蕊石和煅花蕊石含重金属少于2μg·g-1,含砷量少于0.5μg·g-1。结论:该测定方法简便、快速、准确,能有效控制花蕊石和煅花蕊石的质量。
Objective:Establish the check method of deposit heavy metals and arsenic salts in ophicalcitum and calcined ophicalcitum. Methods:Deposit heavy metals and arsenic salts in ophicalcitum and calcined ophicalcitum were detected by colorimetric method and Gu-Cai method. Results:The content determination of deposit heavy metals in 10 batches of ophicalcitum and calcined ophicalcitum from different origins was less than 2 μg·g-1. The content determination of arsenic salts was less than 0.5 μg·g-1. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of ophicalcitum and calcined ophicalcitum.
