摘要
为研究酸性土壤的矫正方法,以一年生盆栽赤霞珠扦插苗为材料,研究不同海水浇灌次数对植株生长以及土壤理化性状的影响。结果显示,浇灌到4次时,植株叶片叶绿素含量比对照升高,PSⅡ供体侧和受体侧受伤害的程度、根系活力、根相对膜透性与对照均无显著性差异,说明4次以内的浇灌次数对植株是可恢复性胁迫。并且,浇灌次数达4次时,土壤pH比对照升高0.34个单位,总盐量达0.7067 g/kg,未到轻度盐渍化的程度,没有对土壤造成破坏。因此浇灌不超过4次是可以矫正酸性土壤且对植株的胁迫是可恢复性胁迫的浇灌次数。
In order to improve the acid soils, Annual cabernet sauvignon seedlings were irrigated with"nbsp;seawater to study the influence of irrigated times on the plant growth and soil physical and chemical characteristics. The result showed that four times irrigation increased the chlorophyll content of leaf, decreased the PsⅡactivity, root vigor and root relative membrane permeability, but the differences are not significant, which indicated that the stress induced by less than four times irrigation was renewable. Meanwhile, the soil pH increased 0.34 units and the total salt content reached 0.7067 g/kg after four times irrigation, which didn't reach the point of mild salinization, causing no damage to soil. So, less than four times seawater irrigation could improve the acid soil and its stress to plant was renewable.
