运动目标检测的目的是在序列图像中将变化区域从背景图像中提取出来,因此如何将运动目标进行有效的分割对后期目标跟踪处理等行为有着非常重要的作用,直接影响到整个视频监控系统的性能指标。本文将对静态背景下运动目标检测技术中的帧间差分法、背景差分法进行研究,并通过实验论证其优缺点。
