随着互联网的发展,学者们对社会化问答网站的关注度逐渐提升并进行了许多探究,这些研究主要集中在内容、用户、技术这三个方面。笔者对当前的研究现状做了文献调查,总结了这些研究的特点并提出了对学者们在这一领域后续研究的展望。
