摘要
在高校信息化快速发展的今天,全面实施大学资源计划(URP)是新时期为适应教学环境的发展,加强学校的管理能力,提高教学质量,促进科研发展的现实需要。结合大学日常运作的特点,利用URP系统平台,高等院校开辟了以信息采集、汇聚、编译、发布为主要手段的信息化教学新路径,这当中涵盖了学生培养、师资队伍建设、教育资源开发与利用等校园规划的核心内容。
