低投入、高适应性的生态社区实践探索——以潍坊华山镇国际生态社区规划为例

摘要 随着国内生态社区规划设计从理论探讨进入到实践探索,生态社区的"投入、地域适应性"引起人们的广泛讨论和深入研究。在此背景下,秉承"设计结合自然"的思想,采取"自然为本,科技为辅"的设计模式,提出在"节能、节水"等环节"充分利用自然要素,适当辅以科技设施",以期降低生态社区的成本,并增强生态技术的地域适应性。同时,结合潍坊华山镇国际生态社区规划的案例,应用"生态五行法",从"低投入、高适应性"的角度,阐述充分利用"风、水、土、光、热"五大自然要素建构生态社区的具体措施。 The input and regional adaptability of ecological community has caused extensive discussion and in-depth study as people discussing domestic ecological community planning and design from theory into practice exploration. Under the background, adhering to the thought about "design with nature", the paper adopts design pattern which takes nature as the base, science and technology as the auxiliary, and puts forward the idea of making ful use of natural elements, supplemented by appropriate technology facilities at energy saving and water saving. So it can reduce the cost of ecological community, and strengthen the regional adaptability of ecological technology. At the same time, taking the planning for international ecological community in Huashan town of Weifang City as an example, the paper applies means named five elements of ecological law, and expounds the specific measures about construction of ecological community making full use of five natural elements including wind, water, soil, light and heat from the perspective of low input and high adaptability.
