摘要
随着新型数字化建造技术的发展,建筑空间与性能多维性的表现日趋明显,并由此带来了一种建筑材料与形式探索的全新范式。文章论述了性能、材料与建构三者相互交织所产生的多维性如何影响设计过程,如何通过数字性能表达技术以及基于性能优化的建构方式对设计过程进行控制。同时,作者还通过一系列研究项目阐释了多维性研究对传统建筑材料使用的革新和新型材料领域的发展。
With the advent of digital fabrication technology in architecture, spatial dimensions and performance oriented dimensions are easily perceivable and have given a new paradigm to the exploitation of materials and paper discusses how a design process forms. This under theinfluence of multiple dimensions, which mainly include performance, material and fabrication, can be controlled by visualizing the parameters and using computational designing and digital fabrication methods through optimization. This multidimensionality in architecture is explained through various research projects, which are revolutionizing the traditional material usage and leading to a new, innovative material world.
