自组织理论视域下当前体育教育系统发展的逻辑思考 被引量:5

摘要 体育教育是一项复杂的系统工程,它具有自主性、主动性、结构开放性、学习方式灵活等鲜明的自组织特征。在诠释自组织体育教育的基础上探讨了体育教育的发展,即开放性是体育教育发展的必要条件,远离平衡态且存在负熵流是体育教育发展的源泉,微小涨落是体育教育发展的诱因,非线性作用是体育教育发展的根本保证;竞争与协同是体育教育发展的自组织动力;渐变和突变是体育教育发展的自组织途径;构建以人为本的体育教育自组织系统是体育教育改革和发展的路径。 Sports education is the complex systems engineering, has the distinct characteristics of the independency, initia- tive, openness in structure, flexible approach to learning and so on. Based on self-organizing condition, we discuss sports education development, including that openness is the essential condition of sports education development, non-equilibrium state and negative entropy flow are fountain of sports education development, small fluctuation is incentive of sports educa- tion development, and non-linear function is basic guarantee of sports education development;the competition and coordina- tion are self-organizing inner motivation of sports education development;the gradation and sudden change are self-organi- zing external form approach of sports education development; constructing people-oriented self-organizing system is the path of reform and development of sports education.
