摘要
通过对1991年-2014年环氧乙烷相关的运输及利用环氧乙烷进行加成反应过程中的重大事故案例调查,分析了使用环氧乙烷存在的危险,总结了这些事故发生的共性问题。指出了这与漠视安全规程与违反操作规程有关。环氧乙烷在运输途中的交通事故占比为30%,对社会安全不容忽视。
Accidents from 1991 to 2004 associated with EO transportation and EO addition reaction procedure were investigated. The dangerousness in dealing with ethylene oxide was summarized; and common problems found in these accidents were summarized. These events usually involved in the disregard for safety regulations and violation of operation rules. Traffic accidents during EO transportation accounted for 30% of total, therefore, much attentions should be drawn to these procedure due to its effects on social safety.
